Location/time zone: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers.
- Transforming ideas into exceptional products that help people find affordable therapy solutions.
- Writing clean, fast, compatible, easy-to-use, and testable code.
- Owning, creating or reviewing technical design proposals and proof of concepts.
- Helping create a culture of excellence by meticulously testing and monitoring systems and code, writing documentation, and being part of an on-call rotation to support the health of our services.

Mentoring and be mentored by other engineers by leading and collaborating in all engineering discussions and evangelizing engineering best practices.
Skills & Requirements:
- Solid engineering mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Self-driven and capable of taking ownership of tasks from idea to delivery.
- Hands-on experience with .NET 9.
- Experience building UIs using the Blazor frontend framework.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and best practices.
- Knowledge of SQL Server and Document databases
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- High level of motivation and willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment.
