NG Logic is on the hunt for a passionate, goal-oriented, and experienced writer to take on the role of Content Lead. We seek an eagle-eyed and tenacious wordsmith with a knack for message clarity, engaging storytelling, and maintaining a consistent narrative. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about co-creating content strategies from inception to execution, leading the content team.

With two decades of experience, NG Logic melds the IT prowess of product companies with the efficient project management of outsourcing firms. We aim to appoint a Content Lead who will spearhead the creation and publication of diverse marketing, sales, and EB media assets. 

Responsibilities:

  • Execute and evolve the content strategy, aligning it with organizational goals and global strategies.
  • Craft compelling narratives across a wide range of written media: email campaigns, blog posts, eBooks, guides, landing pages, and white papers. 
  • Judge every piece of created content and oversee messaging quality. 
  • Boost sales efforts by developing targeted B2B assets, including presentations, mailings, videos, and handbooks. 
  • Engage in creating multimedia content: text, visual, video, and audio. 
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Talent Teams on various tasks and projects, providing expertise in narrative building, branding, and brand communication. 
  • Manage multiple social media platforms and outlets effectively, adhering to a set schedule. 

Skills & Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in content creation, ideally within the IT industry or a SaaS/digital product company.
  • Proven track record with a portfolio full of high-quality, engaging content that resonates with a tech and business audience. 
  • Deep understanding of the IT industry, preferably with experience in the B2B space and/or within a technology company. 
  • Experience leading content teams, owning the content backlog, and supervising the content schedule. 
  • Native English speaker with exceptional oral and written communication skills. 
  • Strong soft skills, effective communication, and a mature attitude towards teammates and projects.
  • Open to experimentation and actively seeks process optimization.
  • Robust understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization.
