Description
Our Operations Team is growing and we are looking for a perfect coordinator having strong organization and planning skills as well as high attention to detail and great communication abilities. As a Back Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating our administration and operations initiatives such as organizing business and team meetings or coordinating travel arrangements and bookings.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating travel arrangements, i.e. necessary reservations, itineraries, transportation, visa application process, accommodation bookings etc.
- Acting as a point of contact with travel agents and other service providers.
- Coordinating company and team meetings.
- Taking care of office space membership and work from home initiatives.
- Coordinating order and purchase process of company equipment and services.
- Organizing post and courier shipping.
- Other administrative and operations daily activities based on current needs.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of work experience as an Office Administrator, Assistant, Administrative Coordinator or other relevant role.
- Very strong experience in coordinating business meetings, travel arrangements and bookings.
- High level of organization & planning skills.
- Communication & ability to interact with various types of stakeholders.
- Managing multiple tasks and prioritizing work.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with tools: MS Office, Slack.
- Good knowledge of AI tools and their practical applications in a business environment
Nice to have:
- We will greatly appreciate creative mindset, people-oriented spirit and understanding of IT environment.
- Jira and Confluence knowledge are also very welcome.
